In an effort to help ensure that all of our families have adequate food and warm clothing, we are sending home information concerning area resources that offer assistance. Working together, we can ease some of the challenges facing area families who may be struggling to make ends meet. “Coats for Kids” is a program organized by a local church whose mission is to provide area students with warm coats. Interested parents can call Mr. Deming at 540-373-0383 for more information. “Shoe Fund” is a program through the Salvation Army that awards vouchers to purchase shoes for those students who need them. Please contact our school nurse, Mrs. Hamilton at 540-373-0383 for additional information. This year, all requests for Holiday Assistance by Gayle families, or through Gayle Staff, will be referred to The Holiday Assistance Team of Stafford County Department of Social Services.
